FUGACE FUGACE / TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Fugace Fugace (referred to below as "the Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, interacting with our digital interface, or acquiring our garments, physical artifacts, and textile pieces, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this platform immediately.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

  • The Artifacts: All text, graphic designs, garment patterns, imagery, video loops, typography layouts, and underlying code featured on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Fugace Fugace and the overarching I Live Night by Night collective.

  • Usage Restrictions: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, interact with, and engage with our lookbook for personal, non-commercial use. You may not replicate, extract, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any visual or physical design from this platform without express written permission from the creative director.

2. ACCOUNTS & DROP ACCESS

  • If you create an account to access advanced lookbook components or priority order systems, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards, engage in reverse-engineering of our interactive tools, or attempt to scrape archival data from the platform.

3. PURCHASES, SCARCITY, & MATERIALS

  • Due to the limited nature of our drops and the use of deadstock, reclaimed, and sustainable fabrics (including Manteco wool, Bananatex, and specialized texturing), all sales of physical items are final unless stated otherwise due to structural defect or required by statutory law.

  • Each garment undergoes hand-reclaimed studio treatment; minor variations in texture, edge fraying, and tone are intentional characteristics of our Taglierino Couture method, not manufacturing flaws.

  • Pricing and availability of limited drops are subject to change without notice.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Fugace Fugace makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, the permanent online availability of specific image archives, or the total absence of digital transmission errors. In no event shall the studio be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings will be held within the jurisdiction of our primary production hub in Florence.
